ABOUT FOUNDER & CHIEF ADVISOR

Hi, I am Tridib. I am absolutely thrilled to connect with you through this portal.

Just as a quick intro, I am an ICF certified Executive Business Coach & Leadership Coach. I have also been a Technology Services leader and a Management Consultant with over 25 years of global experience in US, Asia-Pacific & Europe.

My 25 years of professional journey, which seems to have started just the other day, has all the components – walking, sprinting, tripping, falling, getting back up and scaling new heights - you name it! The first 15 years were about sprinting and stringing together a few success stories. Being a core member or a leader of teams in Wipro that successfully rolled out some of India’s 1st Email, Enterprise Communication and ISP networks are memories that I cherish a lot. I also treasure my tenure in Silicon Valley, USA during which I got the opportunity to deliver some hugely important projects while working for global telecom leaders such as 3Com and Cisco. This invaluable experience motivated me to return to India and help build enterprises that can compete with the best in the world. Developing people capabilities by connecting them to their core strengths and aspirations was a key part of my plans. For the next 5 years, I helped roll out India’s first Triple Play service delivery network while working for Reliance Infocomm and then built global service delivery & technology consulting groups for Alcatel-Lucent & Avaya. The organizations that I led, consistently received top rankings and awards in employee engagement, productivity and service excellence. Some of these groups were also rated as Centers of Excellence (CoE). The managers that I coached are currently leading large organizations/groups in various parts of the globe.

However, during this phase I also realized that my growth had to be more inclusive and serving societal benefits. This prompted me to experiment with new ideas. Some of these decisions were naturally pretty risky and career-altering. At that point, I missed a Coach who could have helped me plan my actions based on objective analysis and reasoning and then ensured better implementation. The last 10 years have hence been a period of tripping, falling and rising up again, one of intense learning mixed with lots of excitement. At the same time, my extensive work in state-level Skills Development projects and later as an Enterprise Digital Transformation leader in Tech Mahindra and Tata Motors has equipped me with unique sets of capabilities that are benefiting my clients.
